construction crews to ensure effective traffic management and address any issues.\nEnsuring compliance: Adhering to all relevant traffic control guidelines, standards (e.g., MUTCD), and regulations.\nMonitoring and adjusting: Observing traffic patterns, identifying potential issues, and making adjustments to traffic control plans as needed.\nResponding to incidents: Handling traffic incidents and emergencies, such as accidents or breakdowns, by coordinating with emergency services and law enforcement.\nDocumentation and reporting: Maintaining records of traffic control operations and preparing reports.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nTraffic Control Supervisor certification required.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nDisplay a willing attitude to learn from others.\nPossess a strong sense of personal responsibility.\nFocus to work safely in close proximity to heavy equipment and underground utilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from work.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble and willing to work long hours including day, night, weekend shifts as needed, and work outside of normal hours.\nAble to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.\nAble to stand for extended periods of time without scheduled breaks.\nAble to work in outside environments being subjected to weather changes, noise, vibrations, and job hazards.\nAbility to do physical labor and other strenuous physical
