# Project Manager

The Project Manageris responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including working closely with stakeholders to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. This position ensures the project is completed on budget and within scope through overall project planning, resource distribution, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing key relationships with subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and client representatives.
