initiatives.\n\n- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.\n\n- Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production environments.\n\n- Own MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automation.\n\n- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.\n\n- Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define and execute AI roadmaps.\n\n- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps technologies.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nAI & Machine Learning:\n\n- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and Model Evaluation.\n\n- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.\n\nFrameworks & Tools:\n\n- Python programming expertise.\n\n- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models.\n\nRAG & Vector Databases:\n\n- Experience building production-grade RAG systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS.\n\n- Knowledge of embedding models and retrieval strategies.\n\nMLOps & Deployment:\n\n- Strong experience with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.\n\n- Expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.\n\nCloud & Infrastructure:\n\n- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Understanding of scalable cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and
