This role is responsible for developing interior design concepts, material palettes, furniture layouts, and finish specifications that meet the highest luxury standards WLG stands for.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead interior design development for assigned projects from concept to execution.\nDevelop interior design concepts aligned with WLG's brand and the architectural vision.\nPrepare interior drawings, layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, and section details.\nSpecify materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and fittings (FF& E).\nPrepare and present material boards and design presentations to the CEO/client.\nCoordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors for interior-structure integration.\nReview and approve contractor shop drawings and mock-ups for interior elements.\nConduct site inspections to monitor interior execution quality.\nGuide and review work of Junior Interior Designers and Draftspersons.\n\nKey Result Areas (KRAs): \nDesign quality: Interior design packages approved by Design Development Head / CEO on first or second submission.\nMaterial specifications: All FF& E and finish specifications issued before procurement deadline.\nSite quality: Interior execution on site achieving WLG quality standard verified by site visits.\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of interior design experience.\nKnowledge of B.
