works.\nEnsure all road reinstatement works are completed as per approved standards and specifications.\nInspect contractor works for quality, workmanship, and compliance.\nDrainage & Stormwater Systems\nInspect stormwater drainage networks, catch basins, manholes, gully pots, slot drains, channels, and culverts.\nEnsure routine cleaning and desilting programs are implemented.\nMonitor drainage performance during and after rainfall events.\nIdentify flooding risks, blockages, ponding areas, and defective drainage assets.\nCoordinate emergency response actions for flooding and drainage-related incidents.\nReview contractor reports and verify completion of drainage maintenance activities.\nPublic Realm & Community Assets\nSupervise maintenance of walkways, plazas, landscaped hardscape areas, retaining walls, boundary walls, and public amenities.\nMonitor condition of interlock paving, decorative concrete, bollards, benches, fencing, and street furniture.\nEnsure all community areas remain safe, clean, and visually presentable.\nCoordinate civil works related to parks, recreational facilities, lagoons, and waterfront public areas.\nUtility Corridors & Civil Structures\nMonitor utility corridors, underground service routes, and access chambers.\nInspect manholes, valve chambers, service trenches, and utility crossings.\nCoordinate with utility providers and contractors for civil-related repairs and reinstatement.\nEnsure no unauthorized excavation or construction activities affect community infrastructure.\nContractor Management\nSupervise civil maintenance contractors on site.\nReview contractor manpower, equipment, materials, and work methodologies.\nVerify completed works and certify satisfactory execution.\nMonitor contractor performance against KPIs and service level agreements.\nEnsure work permits, risk assessments, and method statements are in place before commencement.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.\nEnsure proper traffic management and pedestrian safety during maintenance activities.\nConduct site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.\nEnsure compliance with local authority requirements and community standards.\nEmergency Response\nRespond to infrastructure emergencies including: \nRoad collapses\nFlooding incidents\nDrainage failures\nUtility-related surface defects\nHazardous ground settlements\nPublic safety concerns\nCoordinate contractors and emergency teams to restore normal operations.\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.\nMaintain records of defects, work orders, contractor activities, and completed repairs.\nTrack infrastructure defects and follow through to closure.\nProvide technical feedback and recommendations for asset improvement programs.\nAssist in budgeting and planning future infrastructure maintenance
