Experience owning a roadmap and backlog for several directions at once.\n\nStrong product analytics: defining North Star and input metrics, building metric trees, funnel, cohort, retention, and churn analysis. Hands-on SQL plus Mixpanel or Amplitude.\n\nFinancial modelling: unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin, cost per transaction), P&L ownership, ROI forecasting, and pricing and fee modelling.\n\nExperiment design: hypothesis testing, A/B testing methodology, judging statistical significance.\n\nMarket and competitor analysis: SWOT, TAM, competitive benchmarking.\n\nPrioritisation and capacity planning: RICE, ICE; experience splitting team capacity across several directions. Jira Product Discovery or Product board.\n\nSDLC and technical literacy: Agile delivery, close work with BAs on requirements, understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.\n\nAdvanced stakeholder management and negotiation with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Engineering.\n\nEnglish Upper-Intermediate or higher.\n\nWould be a plus:\n\nOn/off-ramp and payments: PSP and acquiring integrations, card payments, SEPA/SWIFT and local fiat rails, P2P, OTC.\n\nCrypto deposits and withdrawals: networks, confirmations, fees, custody models.\n\nLimits, AML/KYC-driven restrictions, and credit or lending products.\n\nPrior experience at a crypto exchange or fintech platform.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOwn the product vision and roadmap. Regularly review its direction against stable revenue, growth potential, and strategic goals.\n\nOwn backlog: run bi-weekly backlog grooming, set and re-prioritise items (P0–P3, including low-priority duty items), and make sure every ticket that enters is worth the company’s time and fits the roadmap.\n\nAllocate Product Group (BAs & Designers) capacity across its directions every 2-week cycle and represent the group in department-wide cycle planning.\n\nDefine and track metrics (volume, conversion, revenue, cost per transaction, by product, provider, and method) and keep dashboards current.\n\nBuild and maintain unit economics and P&L views for the domain. Work on fee and rate revisions and their commercial impact.\n\nRun market and user discovery: competitor benchmarking, user research, hypothesis validation, A/B tests. Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities.\n\nLead the group team (BAs, Design, Analytics): run the weekly internal check-in and keep the group’s Slack channel and communication in order.\n\nCommunicate status and decisions to stakeholders in each direction. Align with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Finance and resolve conflicting requirements.\n\nOwn high-level product documentation together with BAs.
