If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built - you’re the one we need.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign landing pages from the first idea to polished, responsive final designs\n\nDevelop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations that can be used across the website and product\n\nHelp evolve the White Circle brand and turn it into something people recognise across different surfaces\n\nBring brand ideas into the product, and find ways for the product itself to express the brand\n\nCreate concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences\n\nDesign visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and other brand moments\n\nExplore new visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong creative concepts\n\nWork closely with product, engineering, and research teams to make sure ideas actually make it into the product\n\nMove comfortably between concept, art direction, and pixel-level execution\n\nYou'll fit in if\nYou have 5+ years of experience in a similar role\n\nYou have a strong portfolio across brand and digital design, especially web\n\nYou have excellent visual taste and care deeply about typography, composition, layout, and details\n\nYou know how to design for the web and understand responsive layouts beyond just designing desktop screens\n\nYou’re comfortable creating graphics and illustrations and experimenting with different visual styles\n\nYou understand motion and can think about how a static visual idea could move and behave\n\nYou can take a project from a rough concept to a polished final result without needing every step defined for you\n\nYou’re curious about technology, AI, and what’s happening at the intersection of design and software\n\nYou communicate clearly, work independently, and move quickly\n\nA big plus\nMotion design skills\n\nExperience with 3D\n\nCreative coding or generative
