maintain AI system inventory, including owners, data sources, purposes.\nProject Coordination: Coordinate stakeholders, track action items, follow deliverables, and keep implementation on schedule.\nAwareness Training: Design and deliver responsible AI awareness sessions aligned to organizational AI policies.\nAdministrative Support and Special Projects: Maintain AIMS records, compliance metrics, reports, and support audits or certification readiness.\nRequired Qualifications\nSolid understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and generative AI.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk and gap analysis.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and coordination.\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools.\nProactive, self-motivated attitude with strong interest in AI governance, ethics, compliance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, or other management system standards.\nStrong organizational and managerial skills coordinating tasks across teams and levels.\nResearch emerging AI regulations and frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI
