In this role, you’ll support product decision-making through data analysis, funnel analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.\nYou’ll help the team understand how users interact with the product, identify opportunities for improvement, measure the impact of new features, and translate data into actionable recommendations.\nThis internship is ideal for a student or fresh graduate who is interested in product management, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollect, organize, and clean data from approved sources, checking for missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies.\nHelp track metrics such as user registrations, candidate application and interview completion, recruiter activity, and feature usage.\nAnalyze user journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.\nHelp Product Managers design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments.\nAssist in defining experiment objectives, hypotheses, success metrics, and target user segments.\nSupport reporting on marketing campaigns, events, and Talent Vault sign-ups.\nCreate and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and recurring reports.\nSummarize findings through clear charts, concise explanations, and practical recommendations.\nWork with relevant teams to clarify data requirements and investigate discrepancies.\nDocument data sources, metric definitions, and analysis methods.\nHandle candidate, client, and company data responsibly, following internal confidentiality and access guidelines.\nWork closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to understand data requirements and product questions.\nSupport product reviews, feature launches, and post-launch analysis.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong interest in product management, product analytics, experimentation, or data-driven product development.\nComfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.\nBasic understanding of data cleaning, descriptive statistics, and data visualization.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to check the accuracy of work.\nAble to explain findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical teammates.\nCurious, organized, and willing to learn through feedback and collaboration.\nCoursework, academic projects, or personal projects involving data analysis are welcome;
