The ideal candidate will join the Digital Experience team, supporting both business-as usual\n(BAU) and innovative projects throughout the organization to enhance efficiency and identify\nopportunities for process improvements.\nKey Functions:\nElicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations.\nDevelop comprehensive use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria that accurately capture business needs and guide development efforts.\nWork closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and aligned with business goals.\nFacilitate backlog grooming sessions to keep user stories and requirements up-to-date and actionable.\nLead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring mutual understanding.\nCollaborate with agile teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide necessary support throughout the sprint lifecycle.\nAssist in identifying and resolving impediments that may impact the team’s ability to deliver on sprint goals.\nAssist in the development and execution of test cases to validate that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and business requirements.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the final product meets stakeholder expectations and quality standards. \nEngage in retrospectives to reflect on team performance and suggest actionable improvements to enhance processes and outcomes.\nPropose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the agile framework.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a\nrelated field.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified\nPractitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar) are a plus.\n3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.\nStrong ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience in creating and managing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\nIn-depth knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
