enterprise standards and business needs.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nResearch, design, and implement technology solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams\nIdentify areas for modification in existing programs and develop those modifications\nDrive the adaptation and implementation of enterprise architecture guardrails for the associated BU\nWork with technology suppliers and internal teams to evaluate and implement solution approaches\nApply architecture methodologies and frameworks to guide solution design and alignment\nCommunicate solution designs, recommendations, and progress through clear verbal and written updates\nSupport solution delivery by leveraging project management methodologies and agile development practices\nRequired Qualifications\nTypically 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture\nMinimum of 5 years in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments\nExperience with multiple architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nIn-depth knowledge of banking and financial services industry, including regulations and compliance requirements\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and agile development practices\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nAdvanced degree in a related field\nUnderstanding of key technologies and trends in the industry, including digital, cloud, and
