Based in Riyadh, the company manages projects across the full lifecycle, bringing together concept development, design, project management, and on-site delivery.Its work requires more than visual appeal. Every project calls for an understanding of how a space should look, function, and be built. You’ll contribute to the full process, working where design intent meets materials, craftsmanship, and client expectations.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Own\nYou’ll take an active role across the design and execution journey, with responsibilities that extend beyond the drawing board.\nTranslate client ambitions into a clear design direction. Develop mood boards, color schemes, and material palettes that balance aesthetic preferences with the practical needs of each space. Create photorealistic visualizations using 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona to help clients understand and confidently approve the concept.\nTurn approved concepts into buildable details. Produce accurate Revit and AutoCAD execution drawings, architectural layouts, joinery details, and finishing specifications that give execution teams clear guidance.\nBring the right materials into the finished space. Source and evaluate materials, select and approve samples, coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage delivery schedules to support project progress.\nProtect design quality on-site. Conduct regular visits during finishing stages, review work against approved drawings, and collaborate with contractors to resolve discrepancies and practical challenges.\nKeep clients informed and projects moving. Lead design presentations, explain recommendations clearly, communicate progress, and address design questions as they arise throughout execution.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou’re a designer who cares as much about how a space is built as how it looks. You can move confidently between creative exploration, technical documentation, and on-site problem-solving without losing sight of the client’s priorities.\nYou hold a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architectural Engineering, supported by proven experience in both concept development and on-site finishing supervision.\nYour technical capabilities include strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, alongside a sound understanding of materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), joinery, and interior construction details. Additional skills in SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray are an advantage.\nYou understand the Saudi design, construction, events, and luxury projects market.
