The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining the efficient operation of MEP systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.\nPlan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\nMonitor facility performance and ensure minimal downtime of critical equipment.\nCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.\nConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.\nSupport budgeting, cost control, and procurement for facility-related services and materials.\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies and company standards.\nRespond to emergencies and provide technical support for facility-related issues.\nMonitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.\n4-8 years of Facilities Management experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.\nStrong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, BMS, Fire & Life Safety systems.\nExperience managing maintenance teams and subcontractors.\nFamiliarity with CAFM/CMMS software.\nGood knowledge of local authority regulations and HSE standards.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFM certifications such as FMP, CFM, or IFMA-related certifications.\nUAE driving license is an advantage.\nExperience working in high-rise buildings, communities, malls, or large-scale
