We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).\nYour role and impact:\nAs a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing our product offerings. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and innovative, able to learn and adapt quickly.\nYour key responsibilities:\nConducting comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.\nAnalyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes.\nCollecting and prioritizing the product requirements from stakeholders and the focus groups.\nDeveloping detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation to outline product features and functionalities.\nIdentifying and addressing gaps in current products and processes.\nWorking with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.\nProviding technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams.\nParticipating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.\nCreating technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients.\nManaging internal knowledge transfer and conducting product demonstrations to stakeholders.\nRequirements & Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.\nFamiliarity with both B2B and B2C environments.\nKnowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.\nUnderstanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).\nExperience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.\nStrong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).\nExperience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAt least an
