You will own the delivery strategy across key initiatives, ensuring teams remain focused on business outcomes, clear priorities, and measurable results.\nYou will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers, QA professionals, and security specialists, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and removing obstacles that impact delivery. You will work closely with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic goals into executable plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure commitments are delivered on time and to the expected standard.\nYour role will be focused on continuously improving the way products are delivered - from planning and prioritization to execution, release, and post-delivery optimization. strong delivery discipline, maintaining focus on the highest-value initiatives, and consistently turning plans into tangible business results.\nYour key responsibilities will include but not limited:\nOversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization\nLead change management initiatives and ensure process quality assurance\nManage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance\nEnsure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality metrics\nServe as the primary escalation point for clients concerning roadmaps, release schedules, delivery issues, delays, and budget concerns\nSupervise business analysis and design functions, ensuring measurable effectiveness\nTake full ownership of the Service Desk function: Improve client satisfaction, Reduce bug resolution time, Enhance issue response quality, Implement efficient root cause analysis and resolution processes\nOversee internal SaaS/white-label product development with processes\nEnhance design and business analysis functions for speed, cost-efficiency, and output quality\nImplement a high-performance, results-oriented development culture\nConduct a comprehensive audit of project management processes with the goal of identifying gaps and implementing improvements\nReview and optimize the development team structure and resource allocation\nAudit and enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nPerform cost and performance analytics for development and operations\nImprove Service Desk operations, especially in bug root cause identification and resolution speed\nEvaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the Security function\nWhat is required to succeed:\n5+ years of experience in delivery, program, project, or product operations roles within a technology or FinTech environment\nProven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology products and initiatives from planning through release.\nStrong business mindset with the ability to connect product and technology delivery with business goals and measurable outcomes.\nExperience owning delivery strategy, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability, and keep teams focused on results.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and other business functions.\nAbility to turn strategic objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable delivery targets.\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and removing delivery blockers.\nPractical understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to use AI to improve product delivery, team productivity, automation, and decision-making.\nExperience introducing or driving AI-powered tools and workflows
