We're currently looking for a dedicated Lead Business Analyst to join our team. \nYour key responsibilities:\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.\nContribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with the customer’s objectives and priorities.\nTeam management, mentoring, coaching, supporting\nPlanning and BA resourсe management\nTrack and report on delivery progress according to roadmap, and adjust roadmap in case of changes in priorities or dependencies are revealed.\nElicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team.\nLead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.\nRequirements & Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C, with a portfolio that includes both desktop and mobile projects.\nKnowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.\nUnderstanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design, including experience with Figma.\nExperience with SQL and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nAbility to work with API documentation and knowledge of API integration principles and best practices.\nStrong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools.\nHands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data insights.\nExperience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience leading a Business Analysis team of 10-12 members.\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAt least an Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.\n Would be a plus:\nExperience with Web/Mobile/Cloud platforms;\n3rd party integrations;\nOur recruitment process
