We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of a broad range of people operations and administrative processes across our international organization of approximately 140 employees.\nOur People team currently includes two People Partners, who focus on supporting employees and managers across the organization. This role will complement their work by taking ownership of the operational side of our People function and ensuring that our processes, data, documentation, and HR infrastructure run smoothly.\nThis is a great opportunity for a junior or early-career HR professional who enjoys working with processes, data, systems, and details, and wants to build broad experience across People Operations.\nYou will work across different areas of People Operations, collaborate with colleagues across the company, and continuously look for ways to make our processes more efficient, structured, and scalable - including through the use of AI and automation.\nWhat you’ll do\nPeople documentation & administration\nOwn day-to-day employee documentation processes, including services agreements, amendments, terminations, and other employee-related documents.\nEnsure documents are prepared, processed, stored, and updated accurately and on time.\nMaintain consistent and well-organized people documentation across relevant systems and repositories.\nSupport employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.\nPeople data & HR systems\nKeep employee data accurate and up to date across HRIS and other people-related systems.\nRegularly review data quality, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrections.\nSupport data changes related to hires, transfers, promotions, exits, organizational changes, and other employee lifecycle events.\nHelp improve the way our people data is structured, maintained, and used across the organization.\nBenefits administration\nCoordinate day-to-day benefits administration across our international workforce.\nManage employee additions, removals, and changes in benefits programs.\nMonitor benefits-related data and deadlines and ensure relevant information is reflected accurately in our systems.\nPrepare regular benefits-related reports and support communication with employees and external providers when needed.\nHR reporting & analytics\nPrepare regular HR reports and people-related data analysis for the HR team and company stakeholders.\nMaintain recurring reporting and make sure reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.\nHelp turn people data into clear, useful insights and identify trends or data quality issues.\nSupport ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.\nPeople content & communications\nKeep company-wide HR/People content accurate and up to date, including internal policies, guidelines, and other people-related documentation.\nPrepare and publish People-related updates and announcements in company-wide communication channels.\nHelp ensure employees can easily find clear and current information about our people processes, policies, and benefits.\nProcess improvement & AI\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve People Operations processes.\nExplore and implement practical uses of AI and automation in HR operations, reporting, documentation, and employee communications.\nContribute to making our People function more efficient, data-driven, and scalable.\nTake on other operational and cross-functional People projects as needed.\nWhat we’re looking for\n1+ year of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role. \nStrong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.\nExperience working with HRIS or other people-related systems and maintaining employee data.\nBasic understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.\nExperience with HR reporting and working with data; good Excel/Google Sheets skills.\nAbility to manage recurring processes and deadlines while also handling ad hoc requests.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple processes at the same time.\nComfortable working with sensitive and confidential employee information.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.\nA proactive, process-oriented mindset: you don't just spot problems - you look for ways to prevent them from happening
