We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).\nYour role and impact:\nWe are looking for PHP Developer with hands-on experience in anti-fraud systems and SEON integration. We expect a high level of ownership and deep technical involvement in building fraud prevention solutions.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nWork with SEON as a product, not just at the API level\nDesign and implement fraud detection and prevention flows\nWork with risk signals, rules, scoring, and decision-making logic\nBuild and maintain anti-fraud orchestration within complex systems\nMake independent technical decisions on how and where to integrate SEON checks\nUnderstand the difference between simple provider integration and building a full fraud-control layer\nRequirements\n4+ years of commercial experience with PHP\nSolid hands-on experience integrating SEON into production systems\nExperience building antifraud / risk / security-related flows\nStrong understanding of:\nREST APIs and webhooks\nAsynchronous processing\nQueues and event-driven architecture\nTransactional consistency\nRetry / timeout / fallback patterns\nIdempotency\nObservability (logging, tracing, monitoring)\nExperience with Symfony or another modern PHP framework\nGood knowledge of SQL and transactional systems\nAbility to work with external provider documentation and turn it into production-ready solutions\nAbility to work independently in environments with incomplete requirements and complex domain logic\nSEON-Specific Experience (Required)\nIntegration of SEON API into critical business flows\nExperience with transaction screening, device intelligence, and email/phone/IP enrichment\nBuilding logic based on SEON rules, scoring, and signals\nWorking with manual review and case management flows\nExperience integrating SEON in fintech / payments / high-risk environments\nAbility to adapt SEON to different use cases beyond basic integration\nUnderstanding how to reduce false positives / false negatives through proper system design\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, payments, acquiring, wallets, or payouts\nExperience integrating KYC / AML providers\nExperience building risk engines or orchestration layers\nExperience with microservices architecture\nKnowledge of DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architecture\nExperience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS\nUnderstanding of authentication, identity, trusted devices, and SCA / step-up verification\nOur recruitment process typically follows these
