We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).\nYour Role and Impact:\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our strategic products from vision to execution. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping the roadmap, delivering MVPs, and driving continuous product growth.\nIn this role, you will own the product throughout its entire lifecycle-from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to measuring business impact and continuously improving the product. Working closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will build scalable fintech products that solve real customer problems while supporting the company’s business objectives.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nProduct Strategy & Vision\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.\nIdentify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer interactions and market research.\nDefine MVP scope and continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and business impact.\nBalance customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals when making product decisions.\nEngage directly with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to validate product direction.\nProduct Discovery & Planning\nLead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.\nGather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain a well-structured product backlog.\nDefine product KPIs and measurable business outcomes.\nPrioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.\nStakeholder & Customer Management\nBuild trusted relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.\nGather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.\nPresent product strategy, roadmap, and product performance to senior leadership.\nServe as the primary product representative for internal and external stakeholders.\nProduct Delivery\nOwn product delivery from discovery to release.\nCollaborate with engineering, QA, and design throughout the product lifecycle.\nEnsure features deliver customer and business value.\nSupport Agile delivery and continuous product improvement.\nCross-functional Leadership\nLead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, QA specialists, designers, and analysts.\nCoordinate work with external vendors, technology providers, and third-party integrations when required.\nFacilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.\nEnsure transparency through Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, or similar tools.\nProduct Performance & Growth\nMonitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.\nMeasure feature adoption, product KPIs, and business impact to continuously optimize the product.\nAnalyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.\nDefine product improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback.\nSupport product scaling after MVP launch.\nContinuously optimize user experience and internal operational workflows.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify product risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate release readiness and ensure high-quality product launches.\nDefine clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.\nWork closely with compliance, regulatory, and technical stakeholders when required.\nSupport continuous improvement of product quality and delivery processes.\nRequirements & Skills:\n4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.\nProven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.\nExperience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.\nStrong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.\nExperience working with Agile product development methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.\nExperience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nEnglish proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.\nNice to Have:\nExperience building products from scratch (0→1).\nExperience launching MVPs and scaling products.\nExperience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS.\nExperience working with third-party integrations and external vendors.\nExperience leading distributed remote teams.\nCertifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On\nDuring your first months, you will focus on delivering a strategic KYC-B product by:\nDefining and validating the MVP scope.\nBuilding and prioritizing the product backlog.\nDriving product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across cross-functional teams.\nManaging risks and delivery transparency.\nCoordinating engineering, QA, design, and external partners.\nLaunching the MVP and preparing the product roadmap for future growth and scaling.\nOur
