In this role, you will drive the successful execution of one of our key projects, ensuring its strategic growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and analysts to define, build, and optimize products that align with business objectives and user needs.\nYour Key risks.\n\nProactively identify bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure continuous team alignment.\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Management\nLead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between engineers, analysts, designers, and business leaders.\n\nCoordinate with senior leadership (Head of PMO, COO, CEO) on project status, challenges, and strategic adjustments.\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.\n\nConduct regular project status meetings, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.\n\nQuality Assurance & Post-Launch Support\nOversee testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.\n\nWork with QA teams to implement robust testing frameworks.\n\nSupport product adoption, user onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives post-launch.\n\nMaintain and archive project documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.\n\nRequirements & Skills:\n\n4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies.\n\nStrong background in business analysis, with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation.\n\nExperience collaborating with UI/UX teams, ensuring seamless user experiences.\n\nSolid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Asana.\n\nHands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.\n\nStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.\n\nProblem-solving and decision-making mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.\n\nExperience in process optimization and change management.\n\nAbility to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership.\n\nProficient in English (written and spoken).\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience managing distributed or remote teams.\n\nTechnical background or experience with software development.\n\nCertifications: PMI, PMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.).\n\nIndustry experience in
