coordination and delivery of one of our projects.\nIn this role, you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders to keep the project on track, coordinate priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective communication across the team.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nProject Planning & Coordination\nSupport project planning and define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to plan.\nMaintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules.\nWork within Agile/Scrum processes and facilitate regular team ceremonies.\nRequirements & Task Management\nGather and clarify business requirements together with stakeholders and team members.\nHelp translate business needs into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly.\nSupport backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCoordinate collaboration between development, QA, design, analytics, and business teams.\nEnsure teams have the necessary information and context to complete their work.\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nHelp resolve blockers and dependencies affecting project delivery.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nTrack project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.\nIdentify potential delays or bottlenecks and escalate them when necessary.\nCoordinate scope changes and ensure they are properly communicated and documented.\nMonitor project progress using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.\nSupport timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and releases.\nTeam & Stakeholder Communication\nAct as a point of contact for day-to-day project-related communication.\nProvide regular updates on project progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.\nFacilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings.\nBuild effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.\nSupport a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.\nQuality Assurance & Post-Launch Support\nCoordinate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.\nSupport release planning, testing, and validation activities.\nCoordinate post-release activities and follow up on identified issues.\nMaintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure knowledge is properly shared within the team.\nRequirements & Skills:\n2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.\nGood understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nExperience working with cross-functional software development teams.\nExperience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate them when necessary.\nProactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with the team and more senior stakeholders.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working with distributed or remote teams.\nExperience in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or SaaS projects.\nBasic understanding of payment systems and financial products.\nTechnical background or good understanding of software development processes.\nAgile/Scrum or other
