Apply today!\nPosition: D365 F&O Functional Analyst\nShift: 40 hours | Full-time\nDepartment: IT\nLocation: Richmond, British Columbia (relocating to Vancouver Downtown - mid 2027)\nReports to: Manager, IT Analytics & Reporting\nReporting to the Manager, IT Analytics & Reporting, theD365 F&O Functional Analystplays a key role focused on the day-to-day operation, configuration and ongoing support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) platform. This is 5 days on-site role and has no direct reports.\nYOUR ROLE\nPlatform operations & administrationDay-to-day administration of D365 F&O including security, role management, licensing and environment health\nHelp coordinate the two Microsoft release-wave upgrades each year - scheduling, regression testing with the business, and validation before cutover\nMonitor environment health\nMaintain documentation of configurations, integrations and standard operating procedures\n\nFunctional configuration & supportConfigure and support core modules - finance, procurement, inventory and warehouse, production control and project management\nRun and triage the support ticket queue\nMaster data governance - helping the business maintain and monitor master data according to established standards\n\nProject executionDeliver enhancement work from requirements through go-live\nGather and document requirements, then confirm them back with the business\nWork alongside our F&O developer\n\nReporting & business intelligenceMaintain and extend our existing Power BI reports built on D365 F&O data\nBuild straightforward new reports and dashboards in response to business requests\nInvestigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, working back to the underlying ERP data\n\nUsers & communicationRun user training and onboarding as new capabilities go live\nProvide clear, timely status updates to the program lead and stakeholders\nTranslate business needs into platform terms, and platform behavior into business language\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n3+ years hands-on with D365 F&O in a functional analyst, administrator or support role\nPlatform administration experience - security and role management, licensing, environment health, patching and release waves\nFunctional configuration and support experience across core modules\nMaster data requirements - parts, BOMs, customer, vendor and accounting masters\nA track record of delivering work to deadlines, time estimates, user buy-in and adoption.\nTicket-queue discipline - efficiently run and triage a support load\nData Management - understanding of ERP data structure and data entities\nBasic to intermediate Power BI - creates, maintains and extends reports\nClear user-facing communication - requirements gathering, training and status updates\nPreferably with:\nManufacturing or engineer-to-order industry background\nLight X++ or similar exposure - enough to converse with a developer, not to develop\nData integration and interface familiarity, particularly ERP-to-BI\nExposure to CM2, ISO 9001 or other structured quality assurance protocol\nFamiliar with Excel Add-ins and VBA\nFamiliar with Power Automate\nWhat success looks like - YEAR ONE\nPlatform administration is routine, documented and predictable\nThe support queue is triaged and current, with response and resolution times trending down\nAssigned enhancement work lands on schedule and is adopted by users\nMaster data is maintained to standard and trusted by the business\nUsers come to you first with D365 questions, and get consistent answers\nCompetencies, Skills & Abilities:\nStrong analytical skills and ability to research technical solutions.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage priorities, make informed decisions, and work with minimal supervision.\nEffective communicator who can collaborate across with different stakeholders.\nProactive, innovative, and eager to improve systems, processes, and user experience.\nWHITEWATER COMPETENCIES\nAccountability - We do what we say\nCollaboration - We work well together\nCustomer Focus - We know and respond to our customers\nCommunication - We listen to and understand each other\nAuthenticity - We are honest and trust each other\nResilience - We deal effectively with pressure, are persistent and optimistic\nFlexibility & Adaptability - We are willing and able to respond to changing circumstances\nWhiteWater is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
