architecture, scalable APIs, observability.\n\n- Founding engineer experience on live products is a big plus.\n\nB2C Product at Scale + FinTech/Trading:\n\n- Must have built B2C products at scale (100K+ MAU / high transaction volume).\n\n- FinTech / Trading / WealthTech / DeFi / Options / Perpetuals / RWA tokenization / Prediction markets / Clearing House settlement / Risk engine / Liquidation flows / Real-time indexers is highly preferred.\n\nAI Product + AI-Native SDLC:\n\n- Must have shipped LLM agentic workflows to end users.\n\n- Hands-on with MCP tool calling, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, vector DBs, embeddings, chunking, semantic search, structured outputs.\n\n- Evaluation: Golden dataset creation, automated regression testing, agent behavior evaluation, precision/recall, confidence scoring, observability.\n\n- AI-native SDLC: Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.\n\nEducation:\n\n- Mandatory: B.Tech from IITs (not NITs).\n\n- Waived if: You have worked at Unicorn / $500M+ valuation B2C product companies OR Trading protocols moving real capital with Clearing/Risk/Liquidation at scale.\n\nTech Stack:\n\nTypeScript, Node.js, Go,
