incidents.\n\nAccompagner les équipes dans l'utilisation des outils DevOps.\n\nParticiper à l'onboarding des nouveaux utilisateurs.\n\nMaintenir la documentation, les FAQ et la base de connaissances.\n\nProduire les reportings et suivre les indicateurs de qualité de service.\n\nContribuer à l'amélioration continue et à l'automatisation du support.\n\nCollaborer avec les équipes Développement, Production, Sécurité et Product Owners.\n\nEnvironnement techniqueGitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Fortify, ServiceNow, DevOps, DevSecOp\nProfil recherché\nExpérience en support applicatif ou support de plateformes DevOps.\n\nBonne connaissance des environnements CI/CD et DevSecOps.\n\nMaîtrise d'au moins une partie des outils : GitLab, Jenkins, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Artifactory.\n\nExpérience de la gestion des incidents et demandes via ServiceNow.\n\nExcellent relationnel et sens du service.\n\nCapacité à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs techniques et
