Our dynamic team is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a leader to scale our inventory and asset tracking operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAsset tracking: Manage the bike fleet lifecycle using GPS and AirTags, including Apple ID management and device configuration.\nInventory audits & data accuracy: Run physical and system inventory counts for bikes, batteries, and parts, ensuring ERP data accuracy.\nAutomation & reporting: Build and maintain tools such as Telegram bots and dashboards to monitor warehouse status and battery health.\nInventory transfers: Coordinate and reconcile inventory movements between locations in the ERP system and report on results.\nProcess improvement: Improve inventory counting and reconciliation methods to reduce errors and increase efficiency.\nTeam support: Support mechanics and store admins by reviewing inspections, documenting issues, and advising on inventory procedures.\nRequirements\nDesired Skills and Experience\n2+ years of experience in inventory control\nConfident use of spreadsheets for tracking and basic data analysis\nPractical experience working with hardware and software systems (asset tracking, device management)\nExperience with physical and system audits to identify and resolve inventory issues\nStrong attention to detail and ability to keep inventory and documentation organized in a fast-paced
