That's you - embedded between customer and product, building custom vertical integrations that are not core eng's job.\nThis is not a President's Club AE bar. We hire cracked eng-operators who sit with customers:\nFounder / ex-founder who built and integrated payments or marketplace infra themselves (or made 7 figures shipping product), OR\n\nCustomer-facing engineer (FDE, Solutions Eng, Founding Eng) with years shipping with customers - API/automation/integrations fluent, OR\n\nTechnical operator who can write code, live in Cursor/Claude, and sit with platform eng teams without a translator\n\nIf you only want to write tickets for someone else to build, this isn't your role.\nHow We Work\nOur culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck.
