Business Development Manager (Jnr - Snr)

I'm hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of a fast-growing business lender expanding into Poland. They provide SMEs with fast, flexible funding. You'd be early in the Krakow office, owning net-new revenue generation from day one.

Location: Krakow, on-site (4 days/week)

Type: Full-time

Salary range: PLN 150,000 - PLN 200,000

What you'll actually do:

- Identify and close new B2B partnerships and direct lending opportunities with Polish SMEs

- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation to close

- Build relationships with key partners and clients in the Polish SME finance ecosystem

- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product to drive revenue

Requirements:

- Current or recent title: Business Development Manager, Partnerships Manager, or similar B2B sales role

- Verifiable track record of closing B2B deals - quota attainment or revenue metrics on your profile

- Based in or willing to commute to Krakow for on-site work (4 days/week)

- Fluent in English and Polish

- Experience generating net-new business (not exclusively managing existing accounts)
