The product is still being shaped, so this role is not about maintaining an existing design system or implementing finished mockups. You will decide how the product should work, design the experience, and build the interface yourself.\nYou will work across web and iOS, closely with the founder and a small technical team.\nWhat you will work on\nTurn early product ideas into usable flows and prototypes in Figma.\n\nBuild those flows in TypeScript, React and Next.js.\n\nCreate interfaces that show what the AI agent is doing, what it needs from the user and what actions it has taken.\n\nDecide how users start, review, correct and approve actions performed by the agent.\n\nBuild or contribute to the iOS application using SwiftUI.\n\nEstablish the first reusable components, interaction patterns and visual standards.\n\nImprove details such as typography, spacing, loading states, empty states, transitions and error handling.\n\nTest ideas quickly, use feedback to improve them and ship working versions instead of over-designing in isolation.\n\nWork directly with the founder and engineers on product decisions, not only on visual execution.\n\nWhat you need to have\nYou should apply if you can show real shipped work that demonstrates both product design and frontend engineering.\nSpecifically, you need:\nExperience building and shipping production interfaces with TypeScript, React and Next.js.\n\nExperience designing product flows and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.\n\nAt least one example where you were involved in both the design and implementation of a feature or product.\n\nThe ability to work independently from an unclear idea to a tested, working interface.\n\nPractical understanding of frontend fundamentals, including component architecture, responsive layouts, accessibility, API states and performance.\n\nExperience making product decisions, not only following designs or tickets prepared by someone else.\n\nA portfolio, live product or code sample that makes your contribution clear.\n\nFluent Polish for daily communication with the team.\n\nWillingness to work on-site in Warsaw five days a week.\n\nWhat will be assessed\nThe process will focus on the work you have actually done.\nYou should be prepared to discuss:\nA feature you designed in Figma and then built in React or Next.js.\n\nThe decisions behind the user flow, not just the visual result.\n\nHow you handled loading, errors, empty states and unclear AI output.\n\nHow you decide which details need polishing and which can wait until later.\n\nHow you work when requirements are incomplete or change during development.\n\nHow you structure frontend code when a product is still evolving.\n\nHow you communicate trade-offs with founders and engineers.\n\nSwiftUI, Vercel AI SDK and AI Gateway experience will be useful, but they do not replace the core requirement: you must be able to design and ship production-quality web interfaces yourself.\nThis role is not suitable if\nYour experience is mainly junior frontend implementation without ownership of product decisions.\n\nYou have only designed interfaces and do not build production frontend applications.\n\nYou have only built frontend applications from completed designs and have limited product design experience.\n\nYour work has mainly involved maintaining mature products within highly structured corporate processes.\n\nYou need a remote or hybrid setup.\n\nYou do not speak Polish fluently.\n\nTo be considered, send your CV together with a portfolio, live product or code examples.
