Your work will matter, and your voice will be heard.\nThe position focus will be:\n· Manage multiple clients and projects, may attend city council and commission meetings, and management of our internal project design and field staff and external consultant partners.\n· Develop design concepts using appropriate methodology and oversee plan preparation.\n· Prepare technical reports, construction estimating, contract documents and specifications and administrate the public bidding process on behalf of our clients.\n· Coordinate verbal and written communication with a multi-discipline team. Interact with contractors and clients throughout the various phases of the project.\n· Support business development operations by attending industry functions, client meetings/presentations.\n· Participate in development of other civil related projects as deemed appropriate by the firm.\nTo be considered for this position you’ll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:\n· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.\n· Professional licensure (P.E.) in good standing in the state of Minnesota or North Dakota.\n· 7-10+ years’ progressive experience in civil engineering.\n· Knowledge of NDOT or MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures, and common funding programs such as USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration.\n· A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation is preferred but is not required.\n· Demonstration of good communication skills and client management techniques.\nPreferred Experience\nWorking with rural or small-town municipalities.\nFamiliarity with local, state, and federal funding and permitting processes.\nWhat We Offer\nReal Career Growth\nSpecialized training in design, leadership, and business development.\nContinued education, licensure support, and advanced technical training.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary ($90,000-$125,000 based on experience)\nAnnual discretionary profit-sharing bonuses\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nHSA and flexible benefits\nLife and disability coverage\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nStrong support for professional development and continuing education\nAll offers are contingent on a background check meeting company standard.\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.\nJoin Us.
