If you’re ready to launch your career alongside a team that’s as committed to quality as they are to your growth, this is your next step.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead field survey team operations, including planning, equipment setup, and data collection\nSupervise and train junior technicians on field procedures, safety, and best practices\nPerform quality control checks on field data and documentation\nServe as a technical mentor and help develop training resources for the team\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and CAD technicians to ensure accuracy and timely delivery\nInterpret legal descriptions, survey plats, and construction documents\nMaintain high standards for field safety, equipment care, and data integrity\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate survey instruments (GPS, GNSS, total stations, data collectors)\nWhat You Bring:\n· Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field\n· Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) certification\n· Familiarity with surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels) and CAD software\n· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\n· Willingness to work in the field (sometimes in remote or rugged terrain)\n· A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take feedback like a champ\n· Bonus if you’ve done an internship or co-op-real-world experience always helps!\n· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.\nWhat We Offer\nGrowth Opportunities\nThis isn’t just another entry-level gig.
