The Customer Service Operations Associate ("CSOA") - Filing Manager is a member of the AccountServicesDepartmentwithinCT'sBusinessLicensing("BL'')Team.The CSOAisprimarily responsible for preparing andsubmitting applications necessarytoobtain, amend, renew or close licenses and registrations for our clients.
EssentialDutiesand Responsibilities:
- Prepareandfilestandard,advancedandspecializedapplicationsandrenewalsacrossa variety of clients and industries
- Submit 50-100applicationsperweek(variesbasedoncomplexityoffilings)
- WorkcloselywithCustomerSuccessAssociate-AccountManagers("CSA")toensuretimely fulfillment of all pending filing orders and to resolve any barriers to licensure
- EnsurethatanychangestothefilingprocessaredocumentedwithinourinternaldatabasebyrelayinganysuchchangestoBL'.sonboardingand/orresearchteams
- Operateefficientlywithinaninternalcollaborativeteamenvironment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 1-2yearsofdataentryand/orlicensingexperienceispreferred
OtherKnowledge,Skills,AbilitiesorCertifications:
- Exceptionalinterpersonalskillsto communicatewithgovernmentagenciesand colleagues
- Useofconsiderabletactanddiscretionwhendealingwithsensitivedata
- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation:
$35,000.00 - $58,600.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
