Project & Program Manager
About the Role:
As a Specialist, you will take on a supportive role in the planning, monitoring, and management of internal non-technical projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role offers growth opportunities for those with some experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and development of schedules.
- Track and report project progress.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
- Assist with change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
- Provide support in preparing project proposals and reports. Skills:
- Project Tracking: Use of tools to monitor project progress.
- Documentation Management: Ability to maintain and organize documents.
- Advanced Communication: Proficient in delivering clear updates.
- Budget Tracking: Understanding budget monitoring and reporting.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage effectively with stakeholders.

Compensation:
$68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
