Wieland is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a customer-facing representative with advanced quoting, technical product knowledge, and revenue-impacting responsibilities. This role is located in Roseville, MI and will be fully on-site.
Responsibilities
Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:
- Prepare and present customer quotes, including technical or specialty products
- Support pricing, returns, and credit processes
- Serve as a technical resource for products and applications
- Support purchasing and inventory decisions
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate expediting, forecasting, and delivery commitments
- Communicate priorities and support resolving issues across production, purchasing, and logistics
- Participate in contract review and customer portal management
- Identify process improvements within customer workflows
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems
- Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Escalate issues by established guidelines
- Provide coverage support for other CSRs as assigned
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or higher preferred
- 3+ years of related experience preferred
- Proficient / Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
- ERP / MRP System proficiency preferred
