The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines and following set standards and company policies. This role is located in Lake Zurich, IL and will be fully on-site.\nHourly Pay Range: $20 - $30/hr\nWork Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm| Monday - Friday\nPay Schedule: Weekly\nAt Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of eperience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc.\nThis position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and the ability to access and handle ITAR “Technical Data” as defined by 22 CFR § 120.15 is an essential function. Employment is contingent upon the applicant's ability to comply with these requirements. \nResponsibilities\nCNC Operator Responsibilities:\nBasic operation of CNC equipment (load material, cycle start, unload material).\nStack/unload product per instructions and any other material handling as stated.\nMust have competency to change inserts within 6 months.\nMust have competency to make offsets within 3 months.\nEffectively communicate with co-workers and management.\nProduction quantity entered accurately in ERP system.\nAccurately input job data per MBP MMS requirements.\nAccurately measure part per inspection requirements, utilizing various gaging and metrology equipment.\nParticipate in any team activity as needed.\nBe seen as a “go-to” person to get work accomplished.\nCNC Operator Qualifications:\nThis position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and the ability to access and handle ITAR “Technical Data” as defined by 22 CFR § 120.15 is an essential function.
