The Electro-Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a broad range of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems and their components by focusing on safety, reliability, sustainability, quality and cost saving efforts. Implements the completion of projects and other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager. This role is located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site.\nResponsibilities\nElectro-Mechanical EngineerResponsibilities:\nConceptual and detailed design of parts or equipment.\nObtain necessary parts to complete projects, ensure proper new stock or restocking of parts used.\nAssist in maintenance activities and troubleshooting when requested by Engineering Manager.\nCreate and maintain all documentation, CAD drawings and spare parts list for associated projects.\nParticipate in the actual implementation of projects and start-up/ troubleshooting of any equipment.\nLook for continuous improvement efforts and innovation related toward safety, quality, efficiency or cost savings.\nAssists others on any projects as assigned.\nElectro-Mechanical Engineer Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology (preferred), Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering or equivalent experience.\nCAD Package Certificate (Beneficial but, not required) or equivalent CAD experience.\nMaintain safe work area and follow all Wieland safety procedures.\nProficient computer literacy with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook, etc.\nAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to lead a project meeting with deliverables of project, timelines and estimates through PowerPoint.\nEffective implementation of project specifications, requisitions and all accompanying documentation.\nTimeliness and thoroughness of troubleshooting and repairs.\nEfficient and thorough record keeping.\nImplementation of cost saving solutions.\nEnsures that all present equipment and new installations are safe to operate and meet all regulatory requirements.\nTimely and cost effective completion of assignments with established timelines.\nQualifications\nJoining Wieland’s team gives you…\nBenefits - Starting on Day 1!
