This position will define and guide the architecture of enterprise resource planning and related business systems. This role partners with business and technology teams to translate strategic needs into secure, scalable, integrated, and supportable solutions while establishing technical standards and roadmaps for current and future capabilities. This role is located in Granite City and is open to both onsite and hybrid candidates.\nBase Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000/year\nMay be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle. \nAt Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of experience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc.\nResponsibilities\nERP Solution ArchitectResponsibilities:\nDefine and maintain current-state, future-state, and transition architectures for ERP and connected business applications.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solution designs and technical roadmaps.\nEstablish architecture standards for applications, data, integrations, security, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.\nDesign and govern integrations among ERP platforms, databases, cloud services, reporting tools, and third-party applications.\nEvaluate technology options and recommend solutions based on business value, scalability, security, cost, risk, and supportability.\nLead design reviews and provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, project teams, vendors, and business partners.\nSupport modernization, implementation, upgrade, migration, and continuous-improvement initiatives from design through stabilization.\nGuide resolution of complex technical issues, maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps, and promote knowledge sharing and continuity.\nERP Solution Architect Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n\nSeven or more years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, ERP systems, solution architecture, software development, or a related discipline preferred.\n\nDemonstrated experience designing and modernizing business-critical applications and integrated enterprise solutions.\n\nStrong knowledge of relational databases, APIs, integration patterns, data architecture, security, identity and access management, and application infrastructure.\n\nWorking knowledge of source control, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud and on-premises environments, monitoring, backup, recovery, and controlled release practices.\n\nAbility to evaluate complex problems, explain tradeoffs, document decisions, mentor others, and influence cross-functional teams; ERP or manufacturing-systems experience preferred.\n\nQualifications\nJoining Wieland’s team gives you…\nBenefits - Starting on Day 1!
