The Slitting Operator will be responsible for production of slitting operation to meet or exceed customer specifications at an acceptable productivity level. With safety at the forefront, this person will train for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of training as a helper at either slitting line, the employee must complete High Risk Training to graduate to \"A Rate\" General Labor Pool and start to earn the bonus.
