We’re a nationally recognized, award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction firm known for a dynamic company culture that fosters innovation and challenges the status quo, and we’re looking for a talented professional to join our team.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintaining accurate and current project drawings, specifications and document control systems.\nReview and process submittals, RFI’s, and change requests\nTrack material lead time and fabrication status\nFacilitate closeout document collection and organization\nAssign punchlist to subcontractors and track completion\nTake daily progress photos and record construction activities\nAssist the team with subcontractor coordination and communication\nPrepare daily reports, site safety programs, inspections and observation tracking\nAssist with change order requests and time and material tracking\nSupport preconstruction team with project bid and award process\nAssist in facilitating project meetings\nSupport the project manager and superintendent in the day-to-day management and administration of projects.\nAssist project managers with monitoring project financial management\nBACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:\nBachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture\nInternship(s) or up to 3-years’ work experience in the commercial construction field\nSelf-directed with the ability to work independently or as part of a team\nOSHA 10 or 30 hour preferred\nLEED accreditation or EIT preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nBluebeam, Revit and/or CAD fluency preferred\nKnowledge of Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, DroneDeploy, a plus\nSalary Range: $70,000 - $90,000.
