We’re a nationally recognized, award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction firm known for a dynamic company culture that fosters innovation and challenges the status quo, and we’re looking for a talented professional to join our team.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nWork with the preconstruction team to develop work scopes, solicit bids, conduct scope reviews and negotiate subcontracts\nCommunicating with clients on project issues to assure client satisfaction\nDevelop and maintain overall project schedules; work with all parties to avoid delays\nAssure the timely review/processing of submittals, pay applications and other project documentation\nManage Subcontractors; coordinate/communicate with subs in a professional manner\nPrepare project reports, including cost reports, monthly reports and schedule updates\nFacilitate RFI resolution with Owner and design team\nOversees change order management process\nResponsible for the overall project financial management\nSupport project team on overall project requirements\nSupport bid pursuits, proposal preparation and new client development\nDevelops and adheres to project quality control plan\nCollaborates with the design team from project initiation to completion\nBACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:\nEngineering or Construction Management undergraduate degree required\nMasters in CM a plus\n7+ years Project Management experience on commercial/institutional projects\nOSHA 30 a plus\nStrong communication skills, both oral and written, with project management, trade contractors, architects and engineers and the ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision. \nExperience with bidding work, developing work scopes, subcontractor management project scheduling and cost reporting required.\nMicrosoft Office Suite required\nMicrosoft Project expected\nProcore and CMiC knowledge a plus\nKnowledge of Building Information Modeling, Revit software desired.\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $150,000.
