discipline\n\nSeveral years of professional experience in embedded firmware development\n\nExperience in object-oriented programming using C++ in embedded systems\n\nHands-on experience with RTOS-based applications\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture and clean code principles\n\nExperience with industrial communication protocols (CANopen, IO-Link, HART)\n\nExperience with software quality assurance, code reviews, testing, and debugging\n\nPractical experience with CI/CD environments and modern development workflows\n\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams\n\nFluent English and Polish enabling effective daily communication in an international environment\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of functional safety standards,
