We believe in building a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and invested in the future. \n\nThe ERP Support & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s ERP system as well as providing SQL-based reports to company stakeholders. This role serves as the primary point of contact for ERP users and partners closely with business departments to ensure the platform effectively supports operational needs. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP application experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop SQL queries and reports that support business reporting and data analysis. While this is not a software development position, proficiency with SQL and reporting tools is required.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nERP Administration & Support\nAdminister and support the organization's ERP system and related applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, working directly with on-site and remote users and software vendors as needed.\nMaintain user accounts, security roles, and system access permissions.\nCoordinate testing and implementation of ERP upgrades, enhancements, and patches.\nAssist departments with ERP functionality, process improvements, and user training.\n\nReporting & Data Analysis\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support business operations.\nCreate and modify SSRS reports, dashboards, and other reporting tools.\nRespond to user requests for operational, financial, manufacturing, inventory, and customer reporting.\nAnalyze ERP data and assist management with data-driven decision making.\nBusiness Process Support\nWork with business users to identify opportunities to improve ERP processes and system utilization.\nDocument procedures, report specifications, and system configurations.\nAssist with data validation, data corrections, and system audits.\nSupport integration between the ERP system and related applications.\n\nReporting Structure:\nReports To: Customer Success Director\nDirect Reports: None\n\nEducational Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (required)\nERP-specific training or certifications (e.g., Chempax, SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred\n\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of ERP support experience.\nStrong Microsoft SQL Server query development skills.\nExperience creating and maintaining business reports using SQL and SSRS.\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and data solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.\nThe ability to translate technical processes into language that non-technical users can understand\n\nPreferred Experience:\nFamiliarity with ERP systems as they relate to the chemical manufacturing industry.\nExperience with Datacor Chempax or similar ERP platforms.\nUnderstanding of ERP security and role-based access controls.\nExperience with Power BI.\nExperience with Visual Basic, C Sharp, or other programming languages.\nExperience with BarTender and labeling systems.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nManufacturing / Office environment\n100% on-site\n\nEffort/Physical Demands:\nAbility to sit for long periods of time\nLifting/pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs.\n\nHealth and Safety Responsibilities:\nMust work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.\nMust use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive pay\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\n401(k)\nEmployee Stock Ownership Plan\nCareer development and training opportunities\nClean, safe, and team-oriented work environment\n\nThis position contributes to a quality product by ensuring overall compliance to defined Product Specifications, the Quality Management System, and the Quality Policy.
