This role performs hands-on production tasks including batching, blending, filling, packaging, and equipment cleaning. The Production Operator ensures that daily production targets are met while maintaining a clean, compliant, and organized work environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specifications\nOperate machinery and equipment safely and effectively during the production process\nAccurately fill, label, and package finished goods in compliance with quality standards\nConduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure readiness and safety\nMaintain production records, including quantities, batch numbers, and time logs\nReport any deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Site Leader or QC\nFollow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures as required\nSupport inventory control through accurate material usage reporting and waste minimization\nOther duties assigned by management\n\nKey Deliverables:\nConsistent on-time completion of assigned batches with minimal rework or errors\nCompliance with safety and PPE protocols at all times\nAccurate reporting of material usage and production data\nClean and organized work area maintained daily\n\nReporting Structure:\nReports To: Production Supervisor \nDirect Reports: None\n\nEducational Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED (required)\nTechnical or vocational training in manufacturing (preferred)\n\nRequired Experience:\n1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment\nAbility to operate equipment and follow batch/formulation instructions\nStrong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards\nPhysical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods\n\nWorking Conditions:\nManufacturing environment\n\nEffort/Physical Demands:\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to sit and stand for long periods of time.\n\nHealth & Safety Responsibilities:\nMust work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.\nMust use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive pay and overtime opportunities\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\n401(k) \nEmployee Stock Ownership Plan \nCareer development and training opportunities\nClean, safe, and team-oriented work environment\n\nThis position contributes to a quality product by ensuring overall compliance to defined Product Specifications, the Quality Management System, and the Quality Policy.
