The ideal candidate will lead development teams, engage with stakeholders, define technical roadmaps, and ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, development, and implementation activities.\n\n- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and project teams.\n\n- Design complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.\n\n- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and establish development standards.\n\n- Define integration strategies using APIs, Middleware, and third-party applications.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.\n\n- Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and compliance.\n\n- Support estimation, planning, risk management, and technical governance activities.\n\n- Drive CI/CD adoption, release management, and DevOps best practices.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.\n\n- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform.\n\n- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and managing offshore/onsite coordination.\n\n- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps processes.\n\n- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with MuleSoft Integration.\n\n- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.\n\n- Experience in Healthcare domain projects will be an added advantage.\n\nCertifications Preferred : \n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer II\n\n- Salesforce Application Architect\n\n- Salesforce System Architect\n\n- Salesforce Administrator\n\n- Salesforce Advanced Administrator\n\n- Salesforce Technical Architect (Preferred)\n\nKey Leadership Expectations : \n\n- Lead a team of Salesforce
