Für unsere Event- und Veranstaltungslocation, die schöne VILLA LEONHART am Rhein in Königswinter (Bonn), suchen wir eine*n engagierte*n und zuverlässige*n Praktikant*in (m/w/d), der*die im Rahmen eines mind. 4-monatigen Pflichtpraktikums oder eines 3-monatigen Orientierungspraktikums in unserer beeindruckenden Eventlocation Teil unseres Teams sein möchte.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von besonderen Events,

    Firmenveranstaltungen und großen Feiern

  • Organisation & Mitarbeit bei der Veranstaltungsdurchführung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitungsaufgaben
  • Betreuung von Kund*innen, Gästen & Seminarteilnehmer*innen
  • Mitwirkung in Social-Media Themen
  • Weitere Unterstützung in den Bereichen Pressearbeit und Kommunikation

Qualifikation

  • Organisationstalent & Motivation
  • Teamfähigkeit & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ein gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
