This position is a development role that is intended for those who aspire to become a Retail Store Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.\nAssist in managing and developing store employees for optimal performance in sales and store operations. \nAssist in developing teams selling skills. \nAssist in educating the team about the products sold in store.\nEnsure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, monitoring expenses, executing promotional strategies and scheduling of employees.\nProvide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.\nObtain product knowledge about all products as well as awareness of current product launches and promotions.\nCreate relationships with customers in order to suggest products.\nMeet or exceed store sales and operational goals.\nCollaborate with the Store Manager and other employees to ensure that the store meets or exceeds all operational and financial targets.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including implementing and enforcing all company policies and procedures.\nProvide feedback and recommendations to the Store Manager on employees, operations, and sales issues, including but not limited to recommending process improvements, trainings, marketing strategies, and product offerings.\nManage all store operations daily, including but not limited to inventory, cash handling, staffing, customer service, and cleanliness.\nThe majority of business hours are spent standing on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running the business where it matters most. \nOpen and close the store. \nFull-time hours and must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nRequirements\nKnowledge and Skills:\nWritten and Communications\nCustomer Service
