Join our team today to become part of the story!\nAbout the Role\nThe Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing activities across WildBrain CPLG’s portfolio of entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This role focuses on project management and campaign coordination, including social marketing support, reporting, approvals, and the day-to-day implementation and administration of marketing projects across the APAC region.\nThis position is well suited to a highly organised, proactive individual with a passion for entertainment, consumer brands, and marketing\n Key Responsibilities\nMarketing Coordination\nSupport the execution of regional marketing campaigns and activations across online, offline, retail, and experiential channels\nCoordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery of campaign assets\nAssist with maintaining franchise calendars and campaign trackers\nSupport the adaptation of global assets for APAC markets\nSupport and attend brand activations, and public events across multiple markets, including occasional weekend work\nCoordinate cross-functional projects with internal global and regional stakeholders\nProactively suggest marketing ideas and opportunities to help grow WildBrain’s brands, integrating licensee products where appropriate\nCoordinate approvals with global brand teams, franchise teams, regional marketing leads, social teams, and external partners\nSupport the development and execution of social-first and digital-led campaigns, working closely with internal and external teams\nBrand, Social & Retail Support\nAssist with social media scheduling, reporting, and content coordination\n Lead licensee social post approvals and KOL/influencer social content approvals\nSupport retailer and licensee presentations and promotional materials\nMain contact for regional social channel agencies, managing paid activity, translations, content calendars and regional content coordination\nCoordinate marketing assets with agencies, licensors, and internal teams\nCampaign & Reporting Support\nTrack campaign activity and support reporting processes\nAssist with post-campaign summaries and case studies\nMaintain marketing documents, approvals, and file management\nAdministrative Support\nAssist with invoice processing and budget tracking\nProvide general administrative support to the marketing team\n Skills & Experience\nPrevious experience in marketing, entertainment, retail, or agency environments\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese and Taiwanese Mandarin\nAble to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders; including the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and reports in Taiwanese Mandarin, Japanese and English.\nStrong organization and multitasking skills\nExcellent communication and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools\nKnowledge of the digital landscape, latest trends & experience with social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok platforms is needed\nOccasional travel may be required\nPersonal Attributes\nComfortable working across multiple time zones with global and regional teams\nHighly organized and proactive\nCollaborative and team-oriented\nPassion for entertainment, character IP, pop culture, and social marketing\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills\n What We Offer\nWorking at WildBrain is more than a job - it’s the opportunity to join forces with extraordinary, insightful, and imaginative people who will recognize your talents and encourage your professional growth and development in a work environment that promotes creativity and individuality.
