The ideal candidate is a proactive administrator with expertise in network architecture, NAS storage solutions, directory management, and Adobe Creative Cloud pipelines. This individual must be committed to maintaining system stability and adept at providing technical support for production teams facing strict delivery timelines. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, in Culver City, CA. Occasional weekend work may be required to perform system upgrades and scheduled maintenance.\nJob Responsibilities\nHelpdesk & Systems Support\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.\nSet up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access requests across identity platforms.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.\nSupport cloud services: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.\nMonitor system health and escalate complex issues when necessary.\nDocument support procedures and maintain a current knowledge base.\nManage and resolve support tickets utilizing our Zendesk ticketing system.\nSystems Administration & Infrastructure\nOwn and maintain Windows and macOS server and endpoint environments across the organization.\nAdminister and maintain directory services including Active Directory, JumpCloud, Entra ID, and similar platforms.\nManage user provisioning, group policies, SSO integrations, and access control across all identity systems.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless systems.\nManage endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle using MDM platforms.\nOversee software licensing, patch management, and system updates across the environment.\nMonitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and drive resolution of recurring issues.\nMaintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge base.\nEvaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions as the environment grows.\nNAS Storage Administration\nAdminister and maintain NAS storage systems, including Nexis and QuantaStor environments.\nMonitor storage health, capacity, and performance; respond proactively to alerts and failures.\nManage user access, permissions, share configurations, and storage policies.\nPerform storage provisioning, expansion, and routine maintenance tasks.\nCoordinate with engineering and production teams on evolving storage needs and architecture.\nPost-Production & Creative Support\nServe as one of the primary technical resources for the creative production team and their workflows.\nSupport and troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nAdminister and support Cinema 4D and Redshift rendering environments, including render node management.\nManage plugin licensing and software deployments across the creative toolchain.\nDiagnose and resolve performance, compatibility, and pipeline issues in production environments.\nCollaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve creative infrastructure.\nEnd-User Support\nProvide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.\nSet up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.\nSupport cloud services including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business SaaS applications.\nManage user accounts and access requests; escalate complex infrastructure issues appropriately.\nOwn the employee onboarding and offboarding process - provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, devices, and access across all systems.\nMaintain accurate hardware and software inventory records, tracking assets through their full lifecycle.\nRequired Skills\n1-3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education.\nProven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.\nWorking knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and endpoint management.\nSolid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.\nExposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID).\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\nExperience with Zendesk or similar IT ticketing systems for tracking, prioritizing, and resolving support requests.\nExperience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and creative production workflows.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues across Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.\nFamiliarity with Adobe ExtendScript or UXP scripting for Creative Cloud automation is a strong plus.\nCompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications are a plus.\nMust be comfortable lifting and carrying 40-60 lbs and performing other physical duties as required.\nMust be available to respond to after-hours support calls on an occasional basis.\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU: \nWrite and maintain Python or Bash scripts to automate repetitive IT and operational tasks.\nDevelop or maintain Adobe ExtendScript or UXP scripts for Creative Cloud applications.\nBuild lightweight integrations connecting internal tools or Adobe apps to internal systems.\nMaintain version-controlled automation projects in internal Git repositories.\nPay Range\n$80,000—$80,000 USD\nDisclosures:\nIn order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
