Duties
Act as on-site Administrative Supervisor for Community Mental Health and Wellness (CMHW) and provide advanced technical and administrative support to clinical and operations staff. Lead and coordinate projects to ensure high quality, well-run, and cost-effective services. Provide direct supervision for the front desk team, including daily workflow coordination, coverage planning, coaching, and performance feedback. Develop and maintain a diverse workforce. Manage in ways that maximize the potential of all workers by assuring sensitive and respectful treatment by and toward all employees. Ensure that services are delivered with cultural sensitivity and competence. Promote the development of cultural competence in all employees.
Job Qualifications
3 years of related experience required, experience with supervision, and an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
