Lead and coordinate projects to ensure high quality, well-run, and cost-effective services. Provide direct supervision for the front desk team, including daily workflow coordination, coverage planning, coaching, and performance feedback. Develop and maintain a diverse workforce. Manage in ways that maximize the potential of all workers by assuring sensitive and respectful treatment by and toward all employees. Ensure that services are delivered with cultural sensitivity and competence.
