Provide high quality learning and care for children ages 16 months to 5 years. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, with a focus on trauma informed practices. Contribute directly to the growth and development of children through screening and assessment, identification of development needs, design and delivery of early childhood education and curriculum, and communication with team members and parents. Maintain compliance with DHS Rule 3, NAEYC, Head Start, certification and safety standards and procedures.\nQualifications:\nAssociates in Child Development is required and a Bachelors is preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to meet MN DHS Rule 3 teacher qualifications. Previous early childhood experience of at least one year. A commitment to working with children and families through a whole family approach. Willingness to learn and be trained.
